Action cancer visited our class to encourage us to make healthy choices in our diet and lifestyle in the future. This relates to our All about me project as we are learning how to promote a healthy lifestyle. We learned about the negative impact of smoking, drinking alcohol, drinking energy drinks, taking drugs and consuming too much sugar. The children also had the opportunity to get outside and active and encourage a healthy heart and mind.
